Located in the southeastern part of Iowa we offer a complete shop for all of your tooling needs.  Specializing in urethane foam tooling, Alliance Patterns has developed a significant amount of in-house specialties, such as:

• Model and Pattern Design and Build. 
• Cast-to-Size Aluminum Molds with Quality to be Photo-Etched or Textured.
• Vinyl and Leather-Wrapped Models, Epoxy Duplicated Masters, and Plating Mandrels, with availability of Nickel-Electroformed Cavities.
• Low Pressure Foam System for Final Mold Try-Out and Sample Parts for Your Approval.
• Fully Machined Models from all types of materials including:   REN, Plastic, Aluminum, Wood, and Steel. (Texturing is also available.)
• Manufacturing and Certified Check Fixtures.
• Fully Machined Aluminum Molds for R-RIM, S-RIM, Urethane Foam, Blow-Molds, and Spray-Skin Tooling.
• Automation of Tools with PLC Control Systems
