We offer complete model and pattern design.

Our dedicated pattern-makers are skilled in the construction of wood, and/or plastic models.

In-house foundry is capable of Cast-to-Size shapes from several types of aluminum alloys with exceptional metal and dimensional integrity.

Our CNC Department can handle a wide variety of machining tasks. With four Tarus duplicators having a capacity of 82” x 64” x 36”, no job is too big or too small.

The CAD/CAM Department is very knowledgeable in all aspects of designing and manufacturing, enabling us to take just your ideas or your supplied CAD data and develop a program to produce prototype or production tooling.  Having had numerous years of developing tooling for not only the automotive, agricultural, contract furniture, heavy equipment manufacturing, appliance manufacturing, but also a wide variety of other applications including certified check-fixtures, gauges . . . just about anything you want to produce tooling for.
